What You Can Expect:
This position is responsible for administering policies relating to all phases of human resources activity supporting our GBS Site in Bogotá. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for working with Team Members in two or more significant Human Resources Functions which may include; benefits, compensation,,



employee relations, training, safety and related compliance/regulatory issues, etc.

How You'll Create Impact:
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Administers two or more functional HR programs in accordance with corporate directives.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Investigates Team Member issues upon request or direction, reporting results to department management, and manages the appropriate resolution of issues to solve the problem in the most effective manner possible.
- Negotiates with local vendors of supporting programs or projects.
- Investigates allegations to resolve employee relations issues for the best possible outcome in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
