- Manage and optimize the flow of information in the sales CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales and operations teams to improve data efficiency and quality.
- Perform detailed data analysis and generate reports using tools like Excel and Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify areas for improvement in data processes and work proactively to implement solutions.
- Provide continuous support to our brands, Floatie Kings and Create Custom Molds, ensuring the sales team has the information needed to execute their strategies effectively.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working in remote environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Asana, and Pipedrive.
- Strong detail orientation, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Experience in sales environments and cross-functional collaboration with operations teams.
