Help lead our Mobile Engineering team As Software Engineering Manager, Mobile you will be the driving force behind our software team’s success, ensuring that we deliver innovative, high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs. Your responsibilities will include:
What you'll do:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of talented software developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the hiring process for new team members, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate with the Director and senior leaders to ensure that software projects align with Achievers strategic goals.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Project Management: Lead software projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and participate in strategic planning sessions to shape the future of Achievers initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven Leadership: A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development management, with a deep technical background and hands-on coding expertise.
- Team Builder: Demonstrated success in managing, mentoring, and building high-performing development teams.
