Job Description:
Our home care agency is seeking an experienced Recruiting and Office Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for recruiting qualified caregivers to provide high-quality care to our clients. In addition, you will help manage staff scheduling to ensure that all clients receive the care they need when they need it.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified caregivers
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure that all clients receive the care they need when they need it
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to staffing and scheduling
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing and scheduling
- Participate in staff training and development activities as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the agency manager
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting (Homecare experience required)
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Must speak clear English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
- Ability to work from home
