Arctic Grey is seeking a Shopify Plus Developer Expert who will play a pivotal role in building, refining and optimizing enterprise-level high-traffic Shopify stores. You will be responsible for enhancing site performance, streamlining operations, and implementing best practices within custom Shopify websites. An initial focus will be on joining a new team of Shopify developers. You will also lead efforts to declutter and optimize sites, integrate essential functionalities, and drive overall site performance.

Responsibilities:
- Shopify Plus Development:Build and customize Shopify Plus websites according to client specifications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Migration:Migrating existing stores from other e-commerce platforms to Shopify, utilising tools such as Matrixify to migrate over data.
- Theme Customization:Develop custom Shopify themes and modify existing themes to meet client requirements and brand guidelines.
- App Integration:Integrate and configure key Shopify apps across client sites, such as TapCart, Yotpo.



Ensure integrations minimize site bloat and maximize functionality.
- Shopify Checkout Extensibility Upgrade: Lead the upgrade to Shopify Checkout Extensibility scripts as a priority across client sites, ensuring a smooth transition and enhanced checkout experience.
- Feature Implementation:Implement and optimize features like live shopping to enhance the user experience and increase engagement.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing Shopify stores by removing unnecessary apps, refining templates, and improving site performance and user experience. Optimize Shopify websites for speed, SEO, and conversion rates, ensuring mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Technical Support:Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for existing Shopify websites, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
