Job Title:Director of Human Resources

Reporting Relationship
- Reports to:US based -Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Supervises: HR Managers, HR Business Partners, Compliance Officers, and HR Coordinators.
- Internal Relationships:
- U.S. based Executive Leadership (for strategic HR alignment across all business units)
- Finance department (to manage compensation structures and budgets)
- Locally based Operations and Line Managers (to support staffing, workforce planning, and employee development)
- Legal and Compliance Departments (to ensure Legal adherence)

External Relationships:
Liaises with:
- External Recruitment Agencies (for high-level talent acquisition)
- Regulatory Bodies (for compliance with labor laws and industry regulations)

Overview:
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing and leading the HR strategy, ensuring consistency in HR practices and alignment with corporate objectives. This role involves overseeing talent management, compliance, employee relations, and benefits while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.



Additionally, the Director leads diversity and inclusion initiatives, oversees HR analytics, and drives change management across the organization. The Director is also responsible for keeping a pulse on the market for compensation and benefit structure as well as managing (not just overseeing) staff turnover.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadserhip role.
- Strong expertise in labor laws, compliance, and organizational development across multiple business units.
- Proven ability to lead in a complex, fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience with enterprise-level HR systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle).
- Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills.

- Manual Dexterity: Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment for extended periods.
