Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialist - Competitive Commissions

Location: Poblado - Medellín (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm

Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- No prior recruitment experience required; we value your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Genuine interest in building a career in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Energetic and motivated personality, with a focus on commission-driven success.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
