C.H. Robinson is seeking a skilled Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our growing team in Bogotá and work alongside and collaborate with colleagues in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of ocean freight shipments, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery
- Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
- Handle all necessary documentation and compliance requirements for international shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:
Required:




- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in freight forwarding, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of program

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in ocean and/or air freight forwarding
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle complex logistics challenges.
- Demonstrate critical-thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs
