What You Can Expect
As part of a regional payroll team, this role is responsible for effective execution of payroll operations for assigned entities and countries, supporting effective and accurate payroll data collection, review, calculations,
and disbursements while ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of payroll reporting. This role partners with third parties to ensure optimal vendor performance, driving standardization and efficient processes, and collaboratively working with internal stakeholders in developing and maintaining trusted partnerships.
How You'll Create Impact
- Apply specialist knowledge and skills required to support payroll activities such as the collection, review, and analysis of full-cycle payroll related data sources for use in payroll generation for all levels of the organization, across all locations and across multiple time zones.
- Ensure accurate and timely statutory filing according to local legislation
- Establishes record keeping and control systems across locations/countriesto provide audit-ready books and records, while establishing internal safeguards that ensure compliance.
- Continuous effort in streamlining and improvement of payroll activities and related service
