This role sits at the core of a fast-moving, globally distributed People function, supporting both People Operations and recruiting activities. It is designed for someone who thrives in execution-focused environments where accuracy, responsiveness, and ownership make a direct impact on team performance. You will help ensure hiring processes run smoothly, systems remain reliable, and employee lifecycle operations are well-coordinated across a remote, async-first organization. The role combines operational rigor with cross-functional collaboration, offering exposure to recruiting workflows, onboarding and offboarding, and internal People initiatives. It is idóneo for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who enjoys improving processes through hands-on work. You will play a key role in keeping operations organized, consistent, and moving forward across time zones.

Accountabilities:




- Support interview scheduling in close coordination with recruiting teams, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience across multiple time zones.
- Maintain and update ATS systems, job postings, and candidate pipelines to ensure data accuracy and operational consistency.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, helping ensure structured and seamless employee transitions.
- Maintain high-quality People data and documentation across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Support planning and coordination of company offsites, team events, and internal gatherings.
- Conduct research and synthesize information to support People Operations and recruiting initiatives.
- Identify process gaps, follow through on open tasks, and ensure completion of ongoing operational work.
- Provide general operational support across People initiatives, contributing wherever needed to keep workflows moving efficiently.
