We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cladding/façade projects from planning to completion. You’ll manage budgets, timelines, and teams while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project specs and prepare cost estimates ?
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of cladding projects ?
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients ?
- Oversee budgets, risk management, and quality control ?
- Maintain documentation and lead project teams ?
- Serve as main point of contact for clients ?

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management ?
- 5+ years in cladding/façade project management ?
- Strong knowledge of cladding systems and installation ?
- Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment ?
- Excellent communication and leadership skills ?️
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office ?
- Familiar with building codes and safety standards ?️
