Were looking for a Bilingual Customer Expert to join our team in Bogotá for a Collections Backoffice role. The Collections BackOffice Team supports complex, noncustomerfacing collections activities across Mobility and Broadband Telco accounts. This role is responsible for managing legally sensitive and operationally critical workflows, including Bankruptcy, Litigation preparation, Outside Collection Agency OCA support, and Offline Worklist processing. The position ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies while minimizing financial risk, supporting recovery efforts, and maintaining high service levels across internal and external partners.
