What you’ll do:
✔ First-line support for users
✔ Password resets, MFA enrollments, identity verification
✔ Active Directory & permissions management
✔ Troubleshoot Windows 11, VPN, printers, and SaaS apps
✔ Support Office 365, Zoom, Teams, Salesforce, Citrix environments
✔ Deliver outstanding customer service
What we’re looking for:
6 months–1 year Tier 1 experience
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, SaaS tools
Strong communication & customer service skills
