About the Role

As Head of Partnerships for LATAM, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional partnership strategy. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, negotiating high-value agreements, and driving collaboration that accelerates revenue and market presence. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure that strategic partners are fully engaged and positioned for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the partnership and alliance strategy across LATAM.




- Identify high-potential partners and establish mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key market players, industry leaders, and strategic stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and market shifts to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Oversee onboarding and engagement of partners to ensure sustainable performance and continued collaboration.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and operations to maximise partnership impact.
- Track results, analyse performance, and present business insights and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and regional business engagements.

Requirements
- Strong fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic commercial leadership in the LATAM region.
