This role is for a confident, execution-obsessed Web Developer who’s ready to be the most technical person on their team. Someone who doesn’t wait for perfect specs, doesn’t need a senior developer above them, and takes pride in shipping work that performs, not just looks good.

We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Web Developer who is execution-driven, detail-oriented, and ready to own technical delivery inside a fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll be the go-to technical expert on your scrum team, which means you must be autonomous, proactive, and comfortable making decisions.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be maintaining and building custom WordPress themes and plugins, creating pages from scratch or customizing templates using custom fields and builders like Elementor Pro or Divi, QA’ing work, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating closely with SEO, CRO, UX/UI, Ads, and PM teams to ensure every website we ship drives results.

We want someone who cares about performance, scalability, security, automation, and continuous improvement, someone who understands that every website is a revenue driver, not just code.
