About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing boutique HR and recruiting consulting firm supporting startups, nonprofits, and foundations. They deliver high-quality talent solutions across multiple client engagements.

We are looking for a Recruiter based in Colombia to support sourcing, screening, and recruiting operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is idóneo for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously.

You will play a key role in managing candidate pipelines, conducting screenings, and ensuring only top-quality candidates move forward, enabling senior consultants to focus on client strategy.

Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and outreach
- Conduct high-volume phone screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Review resumes and prepare candidate summaries for hiring managers




- Build and manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Ensure smooth transitions between hiring stages
- Minimize drop-off across the pipeline
- Manage interview scheduling and calendar coordination
- Provide proactive updates on pipeline status, risks, and next steps

About You
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar roles
- Strong ability to assess candidates and make informed recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English (C1 or higher)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

Requirements
- Must be based in Colombia (applications outside Colombia will not be considered)
- Full-time remote position with your own equipment and stable internet
- Ability to work within US time zones and collaborate with US-based teams
- Experience with recruiting tools, platforms, and high-volume workflows
