Procurement Analyst / Procurement Professional

We are looking for a Procurement professional to join our Procurement team, someone comfortable leading day-to-day purchasing operations, interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

What will be your purpose in this role?
You will be responsible for executing end-to-end purchasing processes for indirect spend and labels, ensuring that goods and services are sourced through standardized processes, delivered on time, at the right cost, and in compliance with internal policies and SOPs.
Your role will be critical to:
- Prevent operational disruptions.
- Ensure contract and policy compliance.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships.




- Safeguard business continuity.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
Operational procurement management
- Respond promptly to internal stakeholder needs, proactively clarifying commercial terms, lead times, specifications, transportation, and packaging.
- Convert purchase requisitions (PRs) into purchase orders (POs) in SAP, or validate PRs created in Ivalua for indirect spend.
- Create, release, and manage purchase orders in accordance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA).
- Negotiate key commercial conditions with suppliers, including pricing, lead times, payment terms, and other agreements.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and approved supplier lists.
- Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, responsiveness).
- Resolve delivery, quantity, or quality issues before they result in financial or operational impact.
