Job description: The Event Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of event marketing strategy. This includes both virtual and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, trade shows, and internal corporate functions. The role supports marketing objectives through effective event strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and performance tracking. This is a fully remote position. The specialist will coordinate all events remotely and is not required to travel or attend events in person.

Responsabilities: Key Responsibilities 1. Event Strategy & Planning • Develop and maintain an annual calendar of virtual and in-person events aligned with business goals. • Identify opportunities for marketing impact through event participation and execution. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, target audiences, and success metrics. 2. Event Coordination & Execution • Manage logistics for virtual and in-person events from a remote position, including timelines, vendors, registrations, communications, and asset delivery.



• Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure smooth execution. • Support the marketing team in the development and delivery of pre-event and post-event campaigns. 3. Branding & Materials • Work closely with the Creative team to develop and deliver branded event assets. • Ensure consistency with NIP Group’s brand standards across all events. 4. Internal Collaboration & Communication • Act as the central point of contact for event-related communication. • Provide clear updates, documentation, and event recaps to all relevant stakeholders. 5. Budget Management • Assist in the creation and oversight of event budgets. • Ensure cost-effective vendor selection and logistical planning. 6. Performance Tracking & Optimization • Monitor key performance indicators such as lead generation, audience engagement, and revenue impact. • Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations for continuous
