We are Seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to support the Accounting Department and payroll service clients. The adecuado candidate is a self-starter with experience in financial transactions and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily payroll extracts across multiple platforms
- Process NACHA and EFT payments for tax transactions
- Research and resolve returned employee payments
- Execute manual fund transfers and upload Posi Pay files to banks
- Review and approve suspect payment transactions
- Maintain records and respond promptly to client inquiries

This role requires the ability to work independently and ensure accuracy in financial processes.
