Role Overview
- As an Account Manager – Expand, you are responsible for growing and retaining existing enterprise customers after they have been acquired.
- Your mission is to maximize Net Revenue Retention through expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals while ensuring long-term customer value.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts.
- Drive expansion and renewal revenue.
- Lead QBRs and value realization sessions.
- Identify growth opportunities aligned with customer goals.
- Manage renewals, pricing adjustments, and contract expansions.
- Partner closely with internal teams.
- Monitor account health and mitigate churn risk.
- Maintain accurate expansion and renewal forecasts.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer.
- Ensure compliance with security and company policies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or expansion sales in SaaS.
- Proven experience growing revenue within existing accounts.
- Strong relationship management and commercial skills.
- Excellent professional communication skills in English.
- Data-driven and execution-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage complex enterprise relationships.
- Ideally based in Medellín, Colombia.
