We are looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications across the frontend and backend. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks and cloud-native architectures on AWS.

You will play a key role in defining system architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices,



while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital products.

This is a hybrid position based in Medellín or Bogotá, offering a balance between onsite collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
