Location: Bogota (Hybrid Scheme: 2 days at the office per week)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and present solution demonstrations and proofs of concept to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.
- Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and solution specifications.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to showcase the capabilities of products and services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the organization’s products, services, and technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.




- Provide guidance on product configuration, integration, and customization.
- Build strong relationships with clients to gain trust and understand their strategic priorities. Offer consulting services to advise on best practices and optimize solution deployment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Work with product development, engineering, and delivery teams to align solutions with product capabilities.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams to support product improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the deployment and integration of solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical challenges during implementation.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
