We are seeking a Scheduler with healthcare experience, strong multitasking skills, and excellent phone handling abilities. You will manage caregiver schedules, ensure coverage for open shifts, and maintain ongoing communication with collaborators.

? Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts.
- Answer calls and texts promptly.
- Keep accurate records and update Google Sheets/CRM.
- Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

?️ Requirements
- Healthcare industry experience (required).
- 1+ year in Customer Service (BPO).
- Advanced English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
- CNA/PCA or caregiving experience is a plus.
