We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Legal Assistant to support our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations, assisting with case preparation, and ensuring efficient workflow within the firm. - Interacts with clients and other parties and builds relationships with them by phone, email, and in person
- Maintain and update case management systems, relationship management systems, document management systems, and other mission-critical systems
- Maintain calendars: schedule appointments, post tasks, and deadlines, and ensure the Firm and team’s calendars are accurately maintained and organized in a logical and efficient manner
- Retrieves and delivers emails and voicemails and ensures that copies of messages are documented in the Firm’s files (paper, electronic, or both)
- Interacts with the courts and administrative agencies regarding hearings, motions, and other appearances, becoming the courts’ primary point of conta
