The role:
We’re seeking a skilled and committed Recruiter to join our team and drive recruitment initiatives in Colombia. This role will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process—from crafting job descriptions in English to coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and presenting top candidates to clients. Your contributions will play a key part in attracting top talent and supporting the continued growth and success of our organization.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the BPO industry or fast-growing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. English level must be advanced (B2+)
