Job description: The recruiter will collaborate closely with the Team Lead and Senior Director to make sure all hiring goals are obtained for their role. The recruiter will collaborate with managers across the organization to determine and forecast hiring needs and be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for all departments they are supporting. This individual will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for a variety of operational functions.
