About the Position

The QA Engineer will be Turnstile's first line of defense for product quality — not just testing features in isolation, but deeply understanding how real customers use the product. This person will embed with the customer support and product team to learn real-world usage patterns, pain points, and failure modes, then translate that knowledge into test cases that reflect what actually breaks in production.

- Collaborate closely with technical and customer support teams to validate fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved before release
- Continuously evaluate product behavior to identify potential quality risks and recommend preventative testing strategies
- Help maintain visibility into product quality trends by tracking recurring issues and communicatin
