The company exports chemicals to all Latin America, they are looking for an Administrative Assistant, they are going to be in charge of the following responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: • Share files with the employee and be able to get the information. • Saving files in the cloud. • Cleaning documents and certain things. • Be able to translate documents. • Follow up online via email or phone. • Ocean shipment. • Follow up with clients via email regarding their shipment. • Reach out to the supplier, ETA estimated time. • Tracking number and figure out where the shipment is located. • Following out and tracking. • Track imports and exports on a web site. Skills: • Communication skills. • Common sense. • Attention to detail. • Be able to work in a team environment. • Someone that is able to multitask. • Someone that is able to follow the process. • Someone that is self-started. • Detail oriented. • Proficient in Excel and PDF.
