Consulting Engineer – Customer Delivery
Focus: Enterprise
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Roles & responsibilities:
In this highly visible customer facing role as Solution Validation Services Consulting Engineer, you will:
· Engage with customers and other stakeholders on successful planning and execution of validation engagements.
· Support next generation R&S;, Enterprise and Service Provider customers to accelerate implementation of new platforms/solutions.
· Validate new design solutions to meet customer requirements.
· Drive requirements discussions, analyze test requirements, build test lab configurations, author and execute test plans, and document results.
· Identify key issues and gaps and work with engineering and delivery teams to resolve them.
· Develop/integrate new technologies into lab environments.
· Collaborate with Solution Architects from Delivery and Sales teams regarding future initiatives and securing customer business.
· Innovate to gain efficiency and accelerate validation efforts.
· Collaborate with other engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
· Identify and facilitate new business growth opportunities.
