? About the Role




We are looking for a detail-oriented Deal Desk Analyst to support our general deal desk operations. In this role, you will review and process sales deals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to facilitate smooth deal execution and provide insights that help optimize pricing strategies and margin performance.
? Key Responsibilities
? Non-Standard Deal Review
Evaluate and process deals that fall outside standard pricing or discount guidelines, ensuring compliance with approval policies and escalation procedures.
? Approval Coordination
Manage approval workflows and ensure timely escalation of complex or high-impact deals.
? Data Accuracy
Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal records within CRM and CPQ systems.
? Reporting & Metrics
Assist in preparing deal desk metrics, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership.
