? About the Role
Our Benefits QA Specialist plays a 100% operational role focused on invoice reconciliation, audit processes, discrepancy identification, and system validation across PRISM and insurance company platforms.
You'll collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and client POCs to ensure top‑tier accuracy and quality delivery.

? Key Responsibilities
✔ Reconcile and audit benefits invoices, identifying mismatches between billing and payments
✔ Resolve discrepancies in PRISM and insurance provider websites




✔ Maintain accurate, real‑time updates in Smartsheet
✔ Support Benefits Assistants & Specialists as needed
✔ Manage Customer Portal cases for on‑time resolution
✔ Communicate with Points of Contact and Brokers (copying leadership) to clarify or resolve issues
✔ Generate PRISM reports to validate client information
✔ Keep tracking formats updated and precise
✔ Meet minimum performance indicators (e.g., ActivTrak)
✔ Perform any additional procedures required for high‑quality performance

? Required Skills & Experience
? Intermediate Excel skills (MUST)
? Intermediate accounting knowledge
? Strong data analysis capabilities
? Excellent research and information‑gathering abilities
? Time management expertise
? Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency – C1 conversational required
? Previous experience as a Quality Analyst (MUST)
