?️ ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Drive the end-to-end hiring process for IT and corporate roles including software engineers, IT support, technical project managers, sales engineers, and account managers.

? Source & Engage Talent
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, online communities, referrals, and industry networks.

? Partner with Hiring Managers
- Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to define recruitment strategies, align on role expectations, and provide data-driven hiring guidance.

? Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience
- Manage the interview lifecycle while ensuring a seamless, professional, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.





? Offer Management & Closing
- Present, negotiate, and close competitive offer packages in a fast-moving market.

? Pipeline Management & Data Insights
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, analyze recruiting data, and present insights that support forecasting and process optimization.

? Employer Branding & Networking
- Represent the company at industry events, stay plugged into recruiting trends, and help strengthen our employer brand.

? Hit & Exceed Recruiting Goals
- Successfully meet or exceed monthly and quarterly metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline development, and quality-of-hire targets.

? Core Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (IT or tech industry preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational excellence.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environ
