We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The adecuado candidate will have strong foundations in data science, programming, and applied machine learning, with hands-on experience building production-ready AI systems.

Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for various business applications.
- Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and analyze data for model development.
- Implement, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to integrate ML models into applications.
- Continuously monitor, retrain, and improve model performance.
- Research and apply the latest advancements in AI/ML, including deep learning, NLP, and generative AI.
- Document workflows, methodologies, and model results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering,



or data science.
- Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML deployment.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-Have
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Background in generative AI (LLMs, transformers, diffusion models).
