Job Objective:

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), your primary responsibility is to grow the business by creating and closing sales pipelines. You will be tasked with prospecting, acquiring new clients, managing your own portfolio, and driving revenue through proactive sales strategies. The role is highly sales-focused, where success is directly tied to your ability to identify new opportunities, build a pipeline of prospects, and convert those prospects into active, high-value clients.



You will be a critical driver of revenue growth and will play an essential role in expanding their market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Pipeline Creation & Management:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, investment funds, and family offices, with a specific focus on products like Forex, cryptocurrencies, and variable income stocks.
- Actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging local market insights to create a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities by understanding client needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects through follow-ups, emails, and meetings to move leads through the sales pipeline to closure.
