Web Developer

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer based in LATAM to design, develop, and maintain web applications for U.S. clients. This remote role requires expertise in front-end and back-end development, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences. The adecuado candidate will have experience with modern web technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in web development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby on Rails.
- Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.




- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create high-quality user experiences.
- Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and devices.
- Ensure websites and applications comply with best practices and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development

​​​​Compensation

$2,000 - $6,000 USD/month, paid in USD depending on experience.

- Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
