We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. If you’re an analytical person with a solid understanding of accounting principles and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you
Experience Level: Junior (6 months to 1 year of experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
English Required: 8.0 to 9.0
Education Required: BA/BS Degree and professional experience in Accounts Payable
Location: Cali, Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla (all remote)
Workday: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures (purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.)
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Review and code invoices
- Maintain historical records




- Respond to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
- Recommend process improvements for enhanced team performance

Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or related fields (6 months to 1 year)
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing
- Proactive and able to manage tasks independently
- Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Adaptability to changes
