What you will do in this role ?
- Lead a Team: You would have to lead a team of 3- 4 people
- Product Design: Actively work with the product team to create and draft experiences for clients and developers, with a strong emphasis on information design and data visualization. Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment.
- Prioritization: Manage multiple projects ensuring deadlines
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering,



and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth product development process. The ability to work with geographically dispersed teams is a must.
- Design System Implementation: Participate in evolving, maintaining, and extending our design system.
- Champion the Customer/Prospective Customers: Translate ideas and customer insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Execution: Roll up your sleeves and support execution on a daily basis.

What we need from you ?
- 5 years of experience working in UX/UI and product teams
- 2 years having a team
- Managed multiple product teams to deliver roadmaps
- Extensive experience building intuitive navigation and UX for large feature sets
- Strong familiarity with standard UX toolset (Sketch, InVision or equivalent)
- Understanding of current UX principles and best practices
