What You'll Do

The E-commerce Website Specialist is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations, technical health,



and maintenance of the BikesOnline USA Shopify Plus store. You will act as the bridge between technical developers and business stakeholders, lead site improvements, manage app integrations, and ensure a seamless, high-converting shopping experience.

This is a hands on 20hrs per week contracting arrangement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Technical Management & Maintenance
- Site Health: Monitor uptime, speed, and performance across all devices and browsers; troubleshoot and resolve bugs.
- Security: Implement and maintain security protocols, SSL certificates, and firewalls to protect customer data.
- Maintain our US Shopify instance & third-party app integrations
- Coding Updates: Perform both front and back end updates.
- Understand the business requirements and determine the appropriate solution to optimize user experience, conversion rate, business metrics.
