Job Summary:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) delivers a seamless client experience inside the Better Work Program, from post-sales handoff through program graduation. This role owns onboarding, proactive client communications, and exit processes; maintains accurate CRM data and scheduling; ensures timely follow-ups; and drives client satisfaction through relationships, progress monitoring, and community engagement (gifting, recognition, testimonials).

Reports to:
Customer Success Director

Core hours:
8 am - 5 pm COT

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CS Director and team to continuously improve client experience and success outcomes.
- Lead client onboarding, including course access, resources, and scheduling onboarding calls.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients through Slack, ensuring accountability, timely follow-ups, and smooth progress through the program.
- Oversee the client exit/graduation processes, including graduation meetings, surveys, reviews, and testimonials.
- Ensure accurate scheduling of client sessions with coaches,



including confirmations and reminders.
- Maintain accurate client records, CRM updates, contracts, and shared resources.
- Track timelines, metrics, and dashboards to ensure client progress and accountability.
- Manage recognition initiatives, rewards, and client gifting programs.
- Re-engage inactive clients through outreach and check-ins.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 2yrs+ experience in customer success/client services/ops.
- Based in Medellín, Colombia.
- Advanced English fluency (Verbal and Written).
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; strong rapport-building.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage many clients at different stages without losing track of tasks or follow-ups.

Preferred Qualifications
- Tools: LinkedIn, Slack, Canva, Monday.com, Go High Level, Google Workspace, Calendly, e-signature (SignEasy/DocuSign).
