About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst with strong experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes and a solid financial background, to support ongoing operations and process improvements.

This role will focus on managing the AR lifecycle, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and cash application, while leveraging Oracle systems for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including:
- Billing / invoicing
- Cash application
- Collections
- Dispute resolution
- Monitor and maintain Accounts Receivable aging reports
- Follow up with customers on outstanding balances
- Support month-end close activities related to AR




- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Customer Service)
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in:
- Accounts Receivable / AR
- Order to Cash (O2C) processes
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (preferably Oracle Cloud or EBS)
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial processes
- Accounting principles
- Experience with:
- Billing and collections
- Cash application
- AR reporting
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- English: Professional working proficiency

Nice to Have
- Experience in shared services or BPO environments
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives
- Experience working with international clients (U.S.-based preferred)
