UX/UI Designer (Junior–Mid Level)

Profile description:

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with experience designing digital products and landing pages. This role is idóneo for someone with a strong visual eye, attention to detail, understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working with design systems.

You’ll work closely with marketing, SEO and development teams to create intuitive interfaces and support digital products and marketing initiatives We’re looking for someone collaborative, proactive, organized, and comfortable receiving feedback in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

● 2–3 years of experience in UX/UI design.

● Experience designing digital products, websites, or landing pages.

● Familiarity working with design systems and reusable components.

● Proficiency in Figma.

● Basic UX writing and microcopy skills. Ability to write clear and user-friendly interface copy aligned with the product’s tone of voice.

● Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.

● Understanding of UX principles, usability, and responsive design.

Nice to have





● Experience building landing pages and emails in HubSpot.

● Good command of English for team communication or working with documentation.

● Knowledge of or interest in the world of trading.

● Design interfaces and user flows for digital products and landing pages.

● Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.

● Contribute to maintaining consistency across products and interfaces.

● Work within existing design systems and contribute to reusable components when needed.

● Collaborate with developers during implementation and handoff.

● Organize and maintain design files and documentation.

● Support the team in turning requirements into clear design solutions.

● Identify usability improvements and interface enhancements.

● Support feedback collection.
