This is a full-time, on-site, blingual role
for an Insurance Assistant located in Bogota, D.C. The Insurance Assistant will support day-to-day operations by assisting with insurance policy management, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating communication among clients, brokers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include processing insurance documentation,
maintaining accurate records, coordinating renewals, resolving client inquiries, and supporting financial tasks related to insurance policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum B2 english level
- Strong knowledge or experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes
- Prior work experience in the insurance or risk management industry
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Basic understanding of Finance and ability to assist with related tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant office software and technology tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
