Job Description

The Director of Engineering leads the engineering department, overseeing the planning, development, and execution of technical strategies. This role is responsible for managing engineering teams, aligning technical goals with business objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products or solutions. The Engineering Director plays a key leadership role in scaling teams,



optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Some of the assigned tasks you will have are:
- Lead and mentor engineering managers, technical leads, and development teams across multiple projects.
- Oversee architectural decisions, technical standards, and software quality practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and other departments to ensure alignment and delivery of features on time and within scope.
