Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role will serve as the initial point of contact with potential clients, focusing on lead generation and qualification to support the sales pipeline. The idóneo candidate is a strong communicator with a proactive mindset and the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (50–80 calls per day) to generate new business opportunities
- Serve as the first point of contact with potential clients, introducing the company’s value proposition
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Accurately track all activities and interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, persistent approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads

Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales,



or customer-facing roles with targets
- Native or near-native English proficiency (B2+/C1 required) with strong verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively over the phone
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and VoIP systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in tracking and reporting
- Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and maintain performance

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
- Previous experience working in remote or international teams
