In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of general projects, ensuring a seamless transition of services for new and existing customers.

You will join a dynamic team that serves as the bridge between Sales and Operations, focused on building strong first impressions and long-term customer loyalty through empathetic service and expert project management.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-service line projects, developing all essential documentation—including kickoff materials, tracking files, and customer dashboards—to ensure successful delivery and accurate initial billing cycles.
