Location: Bogota 96 (Hybrid)

Type of contract: Temporary (due Maternity Leave)

Role purpose:

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring efficient service, timely solutions, and high customer satisfaction, while supporting commercial and operational processes.

Key responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with a strong service mindset.




Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, quotes, and invoicing while coordinating with internal teams.
Ability to work with data, reports, and dashboards to support customer service and operational activities.

Requirements:

Academic Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related area
+4 YOE experience using reporting or data analysis tools such as Power BI.
Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Intermediate English (conversational and written) to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
