We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to support our team in producing high-quality construction documents and managing full-cycle project drafting. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in a structured environment and wants to grow long-term with a company.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Drafting & Annotation

Create accurate call-outs, elevation markers, and section cuts

Ensure drawings are clear, organized, and easy to navigate

Full-Cycle Documentation

Assist from initial design stages through final construction drawings

Apply hatches, produce detailed elevations, and draft lighting/electrical plans

Schedules & Data Management

Maintain and update finish schedules, door/window schedules, and fixture lists

Ensure all project data is accurate and well-organized

Project Delivery

Prepare and organize final drawing sets and Spec Books for submission

Software Use

Work primarily in AutoCAD and Revit (Revit experience is a strong advantage)

Standards Compliance

Follow company drafting standards and ensure consistency across all projects

Requirements

Strong experience in AutoCAD (Revit experience preferred)

Familiarity with U.S. architectural standards and construction documentation

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills — comfortable asking questions and clarifying instructions

Ability to follow systems while also using sound judgment when needed

Team player with a proactive and professional work ethic

Open to feedback and continuous learning
