with strong experience in incentive compensation systems, data modeling, and technical configuration to design, implement, and maintain scalable and high-performing commission solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement
Varicent ICM solutions
aligned with business needs
- Configure
calculations, data models, workflows, and webforms
- Develop and optimize
SQL queries and data processes
- Support
new incentive plans and enhancements/bug fixes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in commission systems
- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Build




reports and dashboards
for compensation analytics
- Ensure system performance, accuracy, and timely delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with
Varicent ICM implementation and support
- Hands-on experience with
Varicent modules
(calculations, imports, workflows, webforms, reporting)
- Strong skills in
SQL, JavaScript, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Experience in
designing and maintaining incentive compensation plans
- Knowledge of
sales compensation processes
- Experience with
data modeling, reporting, and dashboards
- Familiarity with
Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other
ICM tools
(Xactly, SAP Commissions, Callidus)
- Exposure to
sales operations or revenue operations environments
- Experience with
data integration / ETL processes
