Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in Apex development, integrations, APIs, data modeling, and backend automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
- Build scalable data models, workflows, and backend automation processes.
- Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and data integrity.
- Work closely with frontend developers, admins, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Develop asynchronous processing solutions and integration frameworks.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and CI/CD processes.




- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce backend development.
- Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Platform, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Platform Events, Batch Apex, Future Methods, and Queueable Apex.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and ETL tools.
- Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware tools.
- Exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of integration patterns and event-driven architecture.

Nice to Have
- Experience with DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
