Descripción del empleo
The contract execution assistant will be responsible for handling expiring contracts/renewals in a timely manner while collaborating with in-house counsel to red-line agreement drafts and negotiate amicable terms and conditions between the client and Empresa confidencial.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Research regulations to ensure contracts are updated and in compliance with laws
Collaborate with the business development team to renew expiring rate agreements and draft rate agreements with new clients
Collaborate with in-house counsel to red-line agreement drafts and negotiate amicable terms and conditions between the client and Empresa confidencial.
Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency
KPI Reporting
Maintain client certificates on insurance,



provide credit reports to the accounting department and generate monthly KPI reports related to financial performance.
Requisitos
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Business or related discipline
5-7 years experience in contract review
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
Language Skills
Ability to communicate ideas with team members and clients to keep everyone apprised of contract related matters.
Financial skills are necessary to evaluate whether or not a contract would produce profitable results for the company.
Working knowledge of business law is necessary to effectively negotiate contract terms that mitigate legal risks to the company.
A sense of urgency is necessary to promote execution of new business opportunities.
